I have been a practicing clinical therapist for eight years now. My training is in systems theory, meaning I help people fit into their environment and relationships with more satisfaction, rather than treat individuals as if they were living alone on an island. My job is to help people who feel like they should be happy, but they are not, to help those that have a sense that things are not right, but do not know why, or to help those who simply feel stuck, and want something to change.
Everyone is unique in how they interpret themselves in the world. It can be helpful to reevaluate this vision to make sure they are living the life they want. I can help navigate a new way for patients to see themselves, by exploring behavior patterns, and environmental choices that impede growth. I can help shed current and past dysfunctions that are no longer working for them. My goal is to help pave a way to experience change.
Together we can create a personalized formula to examine your approach to life. We will then use that approach to better understand what makes you unique and apply what we have learned to your interpersonal life and career goals. Understanding this will help liberate you and help answer the existential question of what does it all matter?
